Barbara A. Phillips, 69, of Fox Run Road in Elizabethtown, passed away Sunday March 15, 2015 at UVM Health Network ECH in Elizabethtown. She was born in Syracuse on March 1, 1946 daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Van Dyke) Phillips.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Thursday March 19, 2015 from The Church of the Good Shepherd in Elizabethtown. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
