Dominique Hoffman of Plattsburgh NY- Dominique Hoffman, 43, passed away on January 11, 2014 at CVPH Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Dominique was born in Plattsburgh, New York on February 17, 1970 and was the youngest of six children. Dominique was employed by Beekmantown Central School and Home Bistro foods before falling ill. In her free time Dominique was a passionate Montreal Canadians fan, enjoyed spending time with her family on camping trips and spoiling her dogs, Augustine, Frank, and Queenie. She leaves behind her loving husband Dana Hoffman Jr.; and her five children, Sacha Sanger, Brittany Hoffman, Justin Sanger, Timothy Hoffman, and Jesse Hoffman; her Daughter-in-law Merritt Kent; her Father Gary Bouchard; her Mother Joan Bouchard; her step mother Barbara Bouchard; Her mother-in- law and father-in- law Linda and Bud Jarvis; three sisters Renee Gauthier, Michele Parish, and Giselle Acors; as well as her grandson Eero Sanger. She is predeceased by her two sisters Claudette Bouchard and Margeau Ashline; and father- in law, Dana Hoffman Sr. . Calling hours will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Wednesday January 15, 2014 at Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh. Words of remembrance will follow at 11:00.
