Fae L. Bigelow

Fae L. Bigelow, 80, of Leaning Road in Essex, passed away Wednesday March 11, 2015 at UVM-Health Network-CVPH in Plattsburgh. She was born on June 2, 1934 to the late Floyd and Adelaide (Hathaway) Pierce.
She married Donald “Red” Bigelow on November 19, 1957. She was a lifetime farmer in Essex, devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and dear friend to many. She will be greatly missed.
Fae is survived by her children; Stacey Lobdell (Rodney) of Willsboro, Frank Bigelow (Tina) of Lewis, Mary Garvey (Bryan) of Essex, Donald Bigelow, Jr. (Marvia) of Essex, Keith Bigelow (Tammy) of Willsboro, Marvin Bigelow (Martha) of Essex, Dale Bigelow (Jennifer) of Willsboro, her siblings; Atwood, Bruce, Floyd, Steve, Vesta, Beverly, Doris, Barbara, Debbie, Faylene, 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Alice and Sheila.
There will be no calling hours. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday March 14, 2015 at 4:00 PM at the Willsboro United Methodist Church. Burial will be at a later date in Lakeview Cemetery in Essex.
Donations in Fae’s memory may be made to the Essex Rescue Squad or North Country SPCA.
