James E. "Jim" Cushing

James E. (Jim) Cushing, 75, passed away unexpectedly April 13, 2021 at his sister Faye’s home where he had been living (so happily) since November 2019. He was born December 29, 1945 to Gladys and Edward (Bud) Cushing.
Throughout his life he worked on several area dairy farms, including his dad’s. He was an avid and excellent bowler. Anyone who bowled on the Willsboro Leagues with him will remember his many 200 + scores and even occasional perfect 300 games.
Jim is survived by his siblings: Faye Cushing, Tom Cushing Sr., JoAnne Zillman, Doug and Cathy Cushing, Phyllis and Allen Sloper, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by his parents (whom he lovingly helped care for in their last years), also pre-deceased by two nephews, Bryce Palmer and Michael Zillman.
His arrangements are entrusted to Heald Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. His burial will be private with his family celebrating his life.
