Katherine (Kathy ) A. Currier of Willsboro, NY 74 passed away May 23, 2015 at UVM Health Network- CVPH, Plattsburgh, NY with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Chever, NY to the late Edgar & Lillian Jaquish of Keene, NY
She worked as a nurses aid for 10yrs, She enjoyed Bingo, playing cards, reading romance novels, she had a strong love for flowers, her favorite were yellow roses, and daisies, and most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was always putting others needs before her own. She was a very kind, giving and loving mother who would do anything she could to make her kids or grandkids have what they needed, even if it meant her having to go without. She will always be loved and missed very much.
Surviving her is her husband of 53 years, Ralph (Poochie), her children, Shawn Currier of Willsboro, Eric (Bev) Currier of Willsboro & Shannon (Jim) Christian of Westport 6 grandchildren, Adam, Morgan, Briar, Josh, Emily & Ava and 4 great grandchildren Maxwell, Rylan, Damien & Zachary¸ brothers Junior, Harvey, Oliver, Stanley, John & Dickie and sisters Shirley, Pat, Yvonne & Sharon. She is predeceased by her infant daughter Darcey her parents her sisters Violet, & Lorraine, brothers Millard, Jimmy, & Ralza.
There will be a Service at Marvin - Heald Funeral Home on June 13th at 11:00am in Elizabethtown, NY. Following the services there will be a small gathering for family and friends at her sister Sharon Grahams, 21 Williams Street, Elizabethtown, NY.
