Linda I. Grimshaw (Guynup), 56, of the Kennedy Road in Cadyville, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday February 11, 2015 at her home. She was born on July 27 1958 in Germany to the late Lawrence E. and Ingeborg (Hackenberg) Guynup.
Linda worked as a waitress/bartender at Lenzo’s in Plattsburgh, A Pharmacy Tech at Ayerst Labs in Rouses Point retiring in 1992 to raise her children. She loved spending time with her children, family and friends. Linda enjoyed traveling and collecting Glass Figurines.
Linda is survived by her husband Charles Grimshaw of Cadyville, three children; Jordan T. Grimshaw of Rochester, Carly J. Grimshaw of Cadyville, Eveyanna Grimshaw of Cadyville, one brother Larry Guynup and his wife Valerie of West Chazy, a brother in law Joe Grimshaw of Champlain and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Linda is also survived by a special friend Anniliesse Siscoe of EauClaire, WI. She is predeceased by her father and mother in law; Joseph and Romona Grimshaw.
Calling hours will be Sunday February 15, 2015 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
