Meredith P. Moore

Meredith P (Burdeau) Moore of Route 22, West Chazy, died at her home,
surrounded by her loving family, under the care of Hospice.

Meredith was a homemaker and Cat lover. She would try and save every
stray she could and she saved a lot.
Meredith is survived by her Daughters, Diane and husband Robert
Matott,and Judy and husband Fred Brean. Meredith
also left grandchildren. Robbie Matott,Daniel and wife Niki Matott,
Kristie and Scott Barnaby;also Mandy and James Hack,
Kellie Brean,Michelle Jolicoeur. She also leaves behind great
grandchildren Dillon and Lindsey Hack,Hannah and Maggie
Jolicoeur,Colby Brean,True O'Toole,Alicia and Devin Matott, Logan and
Triston Barnaby; a brother Arnold and his wife
Pearl Burdeau;and sister Muriel Burdeau;also many nieces and nephews.
Meredith was predeceased by Her husband of 62 years Daniel Moore,
daughters Karen Lee, Patricia Ann; and son, Daniel Amasa; sister Shirley Carter; brothers Harold and Elden (Buddy) Burdeau.


There will be no calling hours. Funeral services and burial will be
private and at the convenience of the family.

Donations in Meredith's memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Heald Funeral Home,48 Court
St., Plattsburgh.
