Paul R. Stiles

Paul Roy Stiles, 68, of Westport, passed away Friday January 8, 2021 at the Meadowbrook Health Care Facility in Plattsburgh. He was born in Elizabethtown on December 20, 1952 son of the late Donald Y. Stiles, Sr. and Katherine Micka Stiles.
Paul graduated from Westport Central School in 1971 and served in the US Navy in the 1970’s. He lived most of his life in Westport and had a great love for the Adirondacks. He liked life on his family’s “Stiles Hillside Gardens” and he continued growing and selling flowers and tomatoes with Mom in her latter years. He could often be seen barbequing chicken at the Westport Federated Church and the 4-H lunch counter at the Essex County Fair.
Paul is survived by his brother Donald Y. Stiles, Jr., of Hatfield MA, sisters Katherine Donohue of Anchorage AK and Jennifer Dracoulis of Orem UT, nieces Amelia Stiles, Alyce Stiles, Adele Stiles, Maria Dracoulis and Lydia Bates, nephews Donald Dracoulis and Garth Dracoulis, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts and many cousins.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any Veterans organization or to a local food pantry.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Heald Funeral Home, 7521 Court Street, Elizabethtown.
