Phyllis McCray, 69, Burgoyne Way in Willsboro, passed away unexpectedly on February 12th 2017 at Elizabethtown Community Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was born December 8th 1947 in Willsboro to Leroy and Isabelle (Betters) Drinkwine.
Phyllis married Ellis in 1965 and the couple welcomed three children into their home. Phyllis was a hardworking mother of three. She worked at IBM as a housekeeper for many years before her health wouldn't allow. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family.
Phyllis was survived by her companion Ellis, son Timothy and grandchildren Whitney, Keisha and Cheylynn and many loving nieces and nephews and numerous other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Leroy and Isabelle, her sister Aileen and brothers Frankey, Bruce and Allen and her two children Angella and Mark
The family will receive guests from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Monday February 20, 2017 at Heald Funeral Home, 7521 Court Street, Elizabethtown. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 in the Heald Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
