Raymond E. Mitchell, 73, of County Route 10 in Lewis passed away Thursday September 10, 2015 at UVM Health Network CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born in Pawtucket, RI on February 3, 1942 son of the late Burnside and Hazel (Swenson) Mitchell.
A graveside service will be held 9:00 AM Saturday September 12, 2015 in the Lewis Cemetery with Rev. Fred Shaw officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Marvin-Heald Funeral Home, 7521 Court Street, Elizabethtown.
