SPARTA, TN - Richard E. Passno, age 59 of Sparta, Tenn. passed from this life at his home on March 6, 2015. Richard was born on April 6, 1955 in Plattsburgh, son of Donald and Pauline (Sanger) Passno.
Richard was a great outdoorsman and a believer in Jesus Christ. He lived his life helping others. Richard was a devoted husband, father, brother and son.
Richard is survived by his wife the former Susan Dashnaw; two children, Nichole Passno of Sparta, Tenn., Danniel Passno of Sparta, Tenn.; his mother, Pauline Nichols and her husband Melvin of Morrisonville; three brothers, Kenneth Passno and his wife Jane of Texas, Andrew Passno of Ky., Kevin Passno and his wife Carol of Morrisonville; a sister, Doris Sinclair and her husband John of Ohio; three grandchildren in Tenn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in Union Cemetery, in Morrisonville, N.Y.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
