Rose A. Mousseau, 84, of NYS Route 9, passed away Tuesday February 24, 2015 at UVM-Health Network-ECH in Elizabethtown. She was born in Plattsburgh on November 24, 1930 daughter of the late Raymond and Jennette (Frenyea) LeClair.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday February 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM from St. Elizabeth’s Church in Elizabethtown. Burial will be at a later date in the St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery.
Arrangements are incomplete and have been entrusted to Marvin-Heald Funeral Home, 7521 Court Street, Elizabethtown.
